Ponant Australia hosts CEOs in Sydney and Melbourne

    Cruise ship operator Ponant gathered a selection of the industry’s leading trade partners for an exclusive dinner and lunch in Melbourne and Sydney.

    CEO APAC and special advisor Chris Hall, shared insights into the company’s global ambitions for both product and business developments, with an overarching focus on the environment, whilst the Ponant State managers presented product opportunities for Ponant.

    Hall has been based in Ponant HQ in Marseille since October 2023 and was back in Australia for a short visit.

    He took the opportunity to update the key partners on the technology project he is leading that will see the replacement of the global reservations system, working with the broader business on new product development, and advising on various M&A opportunities to expand the Ponant Group’s luxury travel offering.
