PHOTOS: First Look at Emirates’ Premium Economy Cabin

After many months of anticipation, Emirates today celebrated the arrival of its Premium Economy Cabin to Australia for the first time, as flight EK412 touched down in Sydney shortly after 06:00. This is the first time Emirates has rolled out a premium economy product, which will feature on flights EK413 as well.

To mark the occasion, Emirates has revealed exclusive images of the inaugural Dubai-Sydney Premium Economy service.

All passengers flying this Premium Economy service received exclusive gifting to mark the launch, including certificates, passport holders, special polaroids taken in a bespoke sleeve, and individual cakes.

Marking a new way to travel for Australians flying to and from Sydney, 56 Premium Economy Seats will now be available on its twice-daily service from Sydney on board Emirates’ flagship A380 aircraft.

Customers began booking Premium Economy seats from 1 June, with availability starting on 1 August. Emirates has recorded significant demand for this cabin since announcing its debut in Sydney.

The A380 Premium Economy has a dedicated airport experience and check-in areas exclusive to the Premium Economy passengers; luxurious, non-stain cream seats with more legroom and footrests; and a dining experience with elements inspired by Business Class.
