Hawaii Tourism Authority reappoints The Walshe Group for local representation

Hawaii Tourism Authority has reappointed The Walshe Group to represent Hawaii Tourism Oceania (HTO) in Australia and New Zealand.

The reappointment marks 37 years since The Walshe Group began representing the islands of Aloha within the region.

The Walshe Group will continue to manage trade relations, MCI, marketing and public relations for the Hawaii state tourism organisation across the Oceania region.

Jacqui Walshe (pictured above), managing director of The Walshe Group, said the reappointment was a reflection of the hard work of the HTO team, as well as the support and standing they have across the industry in Hawaii, Australia and New Zealand.

“Over the past 37 years, we have built a strong connection with our Hawaii ohana (family), and we are thrilled to be able to continue to play our part in sharing the ‘Spirit of Aloha’ with Australia and New Zealand,” she said.

While the COVID-19 pandemic temporarily prevents international travel for Aussies and Kiwis, HTO has remained dedicated to inspiring travellers to explore the Hawaiian Islands in the future.
