ATTN AGENTS: Royal Caribbean launches its biggest incentive yet!

Just when you thought all the exciting end of year incentives were over, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines has gone and blown our expectations launching their biggest consultant incentive yet.

The Summer of Consultant Rewards, running for the duration of the 2018/19 Wave season (December to March), allows Aussie and NZ agents to earn points on all new fully-deposited bookings made across RCL’s brands sailings between 11 December 2018 and 31 March 2019.

Points earned can be redeemed on a range of e-gift cards from top lifestyle retailers, including Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts, David Jones, Myer and Kathmandu on the cruise line’s dedicated Summer of Consultant Rewards website, and are tiered according to the brand and category of stateroom booked.

Top selling agents can also enter the draw to win one of three cruise prizes over the season, on ships like Ovation of the Seas, Celebrity Eclipse and Azamara Pursuit which will be announced at the end of the incentive period.

“We are thrilled to kick off wave season with this incredible incentive program for our talented retail agents, and to show them our immense appreciation for their never-ending hard work and support,” said Jason Triebel, Director of Sales, Royal Caribbean Cruises Australia and New Zealand.

Globally-renowned performance reward agency MotivForce who specialise in B2B incentives and loyalty schemes were engaged as part of the program’s development.
