The Traveller’s Choice annual conference is about to kick off!

Traveller’s Choice members are getting ready to descend on tropical north Queensland this week for the national retail network’s Annual Shareholders’ conference.

The three-day event – taking place at the Cairns Convention Centre from 30 November – is themed ‘The Power of Connection’, with speakers exploring ways members can forge new and deeper bonds with consumers, colleagues and preferred partners.

Addressing the Cairns conference will be MyBudget founder Tammy Barton, an expert on engaging with Millennials, along with Australia’s leading futurist Steve Sammartino, who will advise Travellers Choice members on emerging technology trends.

Managing Director Christian Hunter said a number of new member support services will also be unveiled during the 2018 event.

“We will be announcing some exciting new partnerships that will deliver new services designed to generate increased sales for our members, while at the same time saving them significant time and money,” said Hunter.

The Annual Shareholders’ Conference will also feature workshops, a Preferred Supplier Exhibition and an ‘Electrified’ Gala Dinner during which the group will present its annual Gold, Silver and Bronze Choice Awards.

Plus, Travellers Choice member shareholders will elect a new Chair during the Company’s Annual General Meeting, with current Chair Trish Ridsdale stepping down after 11 years in the role.
