CLIA Australasia overhauls agent offering
By admin

A range of new benefits are on offer for agents from Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) Australasia as the organisation implements a major overhaul of its membership program.

The revamped program will launch of January 1 integrating membership and training for the first time. It will also offer agents a range of “direct” benefits including discounts from major retailers across Australia and New Zealand such as Woolworths, Coles, JB Hi-Fi and Target. Cinemas, hotels and restaurants will also be featured.

In addition, agents will be able to apply for a global cruise agent ID card which will give them access to further worldwide travel benefits.

The move will bring ANZ agents in line with CLIA agent members in the US, CLIA Australasia said.

“The revamped program marks a new era for the cruise organisation,” it said.
