BYOjet sets new records

Professional Performance Services (PPS) recorded an operating profit of $290,000 for the quarter ended March 31, 2015.

This brought the Total Transaction Value for the month of March 2015 to $8.41m, breaking the existing record. The following month then set a new monthly Total Transaction Value record of $8.82m.

Disruptive Investment Group (DVI) directors are providing a performance update for PPS, the owner of online travel agent BYOjet Group, and the propriety software platform JETMAX International.

DVI currently owns 38.73% of PPS, with an opportunity to move to 54.69% ownership upon conversion of its convertible note interest.
