The Hello Koalas Sculpture Trail in Port Macquarie is set to provide the public with a way to explore the local area while also enjoying artworks.

The trail will feature 50 large one-metre koala sculptures created by local and interstate artists. All koalas will feature unique designs such as mosaic work by Francessca O’Donell and a koala that mirrors its maze surroundings at Bago Vineyards by Kellie Mobbs.

The trail will open on September 8 and will be found in some of the best local places such as beaches and cultural centres as well as some unlikely ones.
