Bookings for Qantas' codeshare with China Southern have gone live today with travel available from May 1.

Qantas will codeshare on direct services from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth to Guangzhou in a deal signed last December.

"Qantas passengers can fly with China Southern to such exciting Chinese regional cities as Xiamen, Kinming, Fuzhou and Urumqi," Qantas International chief executive Simon Hickey said.

Tempo Holidays has announced 2% extra commission for sales between April 15 to May 30.

The 10 agents with the highest land sales record per week will receive the incentive.

Emirates has announced a one-off flight to Vienna on an A380 to commemorate ten years of service in Austria.

Set to land on May 26, it will be the first ever scheduled A380 service to Vienna International Airport.

Cathay Pacific has announced four-weekly flights from Hong Kong to Manchester to start from December 8 this year, subject to regulatory approval.

Qantas has announced direct flights between Perth and Auckland from December 5 this to April 26 next year.

The announcement follows the success of seasonal flights operating last year and the service will operate on an A330 aircraft.

"We've similarly announced seasonal services between Perth and Singapore to cater for the July school holidays, and we'll look at other opportunities down the track," Qantas International chief executive Simon Hickey said.
