Capacity growth on Brisbane agenda

Capacity growth on Brisbane agenda
By admin

Brisbane Airport Corporation (BAC) is ramping up its play for future airline capacity with the creation of two new roles within its aviation business development team.

Ben James has been appointed to the role of Aviation Business Development Manager International with Maaike van der Windt to take up the position of Aviation Business Development Manager Australasia.

The team will be headed up by Andrew Brodie who will become general manager airline and commercial businesses from August 1.

Splitting the regions will allow BAC to focus equally on domestic and international partners, according to Brodie.

“With an additional resource on the team we will have further reach to strengthen our existing relationships and to identify and secure future airline capacity and new markets for Brisbane Airport in line with growing demand,” he said.
