Are you Australia’s biggest cruise aficionado? Well it’s nearly time to prove it, with our first trivia night in Sydney only a little over a week away.

Yes, Travel Weekly’s free Cruise Pursuit trivia nights are taking place on July 5 in Sydney and July 11 in Brisbane.

All you need to do is gather a team of three or four, register now and get ready for the fun to begin!

Just by getting involved you’ll be in with a chance of winning a share of $3000!

We have a hint for you – polish up on your Windstar knowledge because as a sponsor of the events, they have been tasked with crafting some of the trivia questions.

Here’s a bit of a refresher that will certainly help out.

Windstar’s Water Sports Platform

Sailings with Windstar include a lot of special amenities, but one of the most fun (and unique) is the Water Sports Platform, which allows guests easy access to the ocean around them. The platform includes unlimited use of all water sports equipment including stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, snorkel equipment, sailing, swimming, water skiing, and windsurfing.

If that all sounds like too much work for your holiday, a large foam flotation island is often unfurled into the sea, allowing guests to lounge, casually swim, and take in the view around them.

Use of the platform is always weather permitting and only takes place in certain ports during each journey (check with the crew once onboard for more details on where and when the platform will be open).

In addition, the Water Sports Platform is also the home of comprehensive dive programs, which are available on several itineraries in the Caribbean/Central America, as well as Tahiti.

The Discover Scuba Diving/Certified Scuba Diving Programs are led by dive-masters who are PADI certified. The Discover Scuba Diving program for beginners includes a simple, comprehensive classroom and pool session. After that, beginners can sign up for designated dives.

Experienced divers need to bring their certification card and can accompany the dive masters on all dives offered.
