Get an exclusively omakase-style experience and delight in the finest seasonal ingredients, cooked over charcoal, paired with premium wine and sake and served with panoramic views of the Tokyo Tower. They offer a 12-course menu of appetisers and grilled Wagyu beef chosen by the chef and prepared with passion and flair. While counter seats surround the live kitchen for an interactive guest experience with the chefs, a limited number of table seats are also available.

Visiting Japan would not be complete without sushi. Iigura stays true to the centuries old Edomae tradition with the freshest ingredients to make exquisite sushi, sashimi, and small plates. Chef’s prepare dishes at the six-seat counter for an omakase tasting of dishes that reflect the best of every season. Three tables are also available for guests seeking an a la carte experience.

    Janu Bar

Spice up the night as the Janu Bar brings inspiration from across the city to the art of traditional mixology. Designed by one of Japan’s leading mixologists, Shuzo Nagumo, Janu Bar’s signature cocktails tread a creative journey through Tokyo, inspired by its eight districts – from Azabudai to Asakusa. Those looking for a more traditional tipple can also try Janu Bar’s own twists on classic cocktails.

    Janu Patisserie

Janu Patisserie pays homage to the long and rich history of European pastry making with an elevated collection of baked delights and parfaits to eat in or take away. A Calacatta Oro marble counter and bright oak flooring brings the timelessness and tradition of Parisian patisserie to one of the world’s most modern cities.

    Janu Lounge & Garden Terrace

Enjoy a relaxing afternoon at the hotel’s atmospheric spot for afternoon tea. Light snacks and drinks are available in the adjacent Garden Terrace – a laidback outdoor setting with organic landscaping offering immersive views across Azabudai Hills, accompanied by an exclusively curated range of teas and coffee.
