Hilton recognised as one of the best companies to work for in Australia

Hilton has been recognised by the Great Place to Work Institute as one of Australia’s best companies to work for in 2023.

The chain placed second on the top 50 list for companies with over 1,000 employees and the number one hospitality company to work for in Australia, marking the fifth time that Hilton has been named on this prestigious list.

This accolade builds on the Australasia Great Place to Work certifications awarded in New Zealand, Fiji, and Papua New Guinea for the second year in a row and reaffirms Hilton’s achievement as the top hospitality company to work for in Asia since 2017.
