Frocks rock at the TAA awards
The hospitality industry across NSW frocked up last night for the Tourism Accommodation Australia (TAA) NSW Awards for Excellence gala event.
The state’s most worthy accommodation providers were honoured at the industry’s premiere award night, which this year had record 281 nominations from 67 top venues in NSW.
Some 40 award categories, ranging from outstanding community service to best redeveloped hotel of the year was presented by host, Catriona Rowntree at the Westin ballroom.
TAA NSW chair Nigel Greenaway said all finalists were “world class.”
“These venues really do showcase the best the NSW hotel industry has to offer – they quite simply are second to none and that is shown in the high quality of all the finalists,” he said.
Guests were also entertained by the fabulous dancers and singers from Divacorp Productions in their ‘Tribute to Dirty Dancing’.
