Former Tourism Western Australia managing director Carolyn Turnbull will lead Victor Goh’s expanding hotel and hospitality division as CEO with an initial focus on the completion of Elizabeth Quay projects.

“Carolyn’s unique leadership and proven track record locally and internationally make her perfect to oversee our hotel and hospitality ventures,” Goh said.

“Her deep understanding of the industry will be instrumental in realising our shared vision of creating and operating remarkable properties that will elevate Perth’s profile on the global stage.”

The announcement comes less than two weeks after she announced she was stepping down from the Tourism WA role. She will start with Goh on Tuesday, 4 June.
