Blacklane & Amadeus will pick-you-up

Blacklane & Amadeus will pick-you-up

Blacklane and Amadeus have announced they will be working as partners, to deliver the first true door-to-door travel experience.

Blacklane’s global professional driver service will become available across Amadeus channels as the first fully integrated provider in the Amadeus Taxi & Transfer solution.

Travellers will now have the opportunity to book transfers to and from airports, hotels and other destinations just as they would flights. Amadeus’ presence in the travel chain will enable the service to be fully integrated with the traveller’s Passenger Name Record (PNR) and the agency’s back office.

The solution will be first implemented first across online travel agencies. In the fourth quarter of the year, it will be implemented on airlines’ websites. Following this, the solution will become available across all Amadeus Channels.
