Wotif.com has partnered with Opera Australia to offer theatre travel packages to next year’s Handa Opera on Sydney Harbour: Aida.

Wotif.com has added to its string of event packages, combining flights, hotels and theatre tickets, which will be released ahead of the Aida opera launch next March.

Ripple Massage has teamed up with Merlo Coffee to launch Australia’s first coffee-infused massage, which uses a formula to infuse the oil with the coffee aroma  and properties to develop a range of recipes.

Included in the Ripple Coffee Massage package is full body coffee scrub and a coffee hydrating face mask that tightens the skin, with guests also receiving a gift box with a coffee candle, hand-made coffee soap and a jar of Merlo Coffee’s famous chocolate coated coffee beans.

Grand Hotel Tremezzo is offering guests a 20% discount when they visit Lake Como, Italy from October 12 to November 1, starting from $552.

The hotel, 40-minutes outside of Milan, features 92 rooms and views of Bellagio and the Riviera dell Azalee, along with a pool and range of upscale restaurants.

Centara Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya has added Monsoon Island to its property, a new zone in the water park designed to entertain kids of all ages.

Monsoon Island joins the already existing five swimming pools, 12 waterslides, waterfalls, lazy river and rope bridges, with the hotel introducing a number of action-oriented activities for its guests to introduce the water park.

Live art has attracted crowds to Darling Quarter, where Australian and New Zealand street artists created four large works to live music in Sydney.

Inducted into this year’s Project Five artists hall of fame is Askew One (Elliot O’Donnell), Kyle Hughes-Odgers from Perth, Sydney’s Alex Lehours and 23rd Key from Melbourne.

The pieces will be auctioned on Friday October 29, with the proceeds put to work for the Project’s new partner ArtsReady, an organisation which helps young trainees to establish their creative careers.

Hurtigruten has partnered with Evergreen Tours to create a river and sea cruise holiday along the Danube, Main and Rhine Rivers and along the Norwegian Coast, Western Norway, and Arctic Circle.

With the tour spanning 15-days on board Evergreen’s Emerald ‘Star Ships’, and up to 650 guests, the tour combines the best of river, land and sea from $9690, with the pair offering a deal where partners fly free if booked by October 15.

Seabourn has announced it will host world heritage experts for its Seabourns Conversations program, as part of its new partnership with UNESCO, during which topics such as culture, history and sustainable tourism will be highlighted.

Over the next year and a half, Seabourn vessels will host over a dozen UNESCO advisors and consultants in a series of events that will put the spotlight on responsible travel and world heritage sites.
