APT’s VIP rewards reach $500k in first six months

The APT Travel Group launched its revamped and improved VIP reward program for agents this year, and six months in, is delighted to have recorded more than $500,000 in rewards so far!

The key feature of the program is that it rewards agents now, with incentives paid on deposited bookings, rather than on departed travel.

“It is gratifying to be so well supported by our retail partners and we are pleased we can reward them for their efforts selling our products,” GM sales, APT Travel Group, Scott Ellis, said.

“We are really proud that we can make booking travel so easy – it’s usually just a phone call to APT or Travelmarvel to make the booking and we do the rest, flights, tour/cruise, accommodation etc.

“It’s a one stop shop and the yield is high which means the commission is high and the additional rewards make it even better.

“Many of our top agencies have earned over a thousand in partnership fund dollars and many more have climbed the VIP tiers and will await their first partner funds at the end of the current quarter, for example, RAA Travel Mile End has seen their sales increase so much that they have moved from being Silver status then on to Gold status and then to Platinum status in the first half of the year.

An amazing achievement which now entitles them to access to the Partnership Fund scheme, a priority reservations team for the remainder of 2023 and the whole of 2024,” Ellis, said.
