High achieving TravelManagers PTMs score a spot on TTC’s USA famil

TravelManagers’ Melissa Loynes and Danielle Goncalves are among just eight high-achieving Australian travel agents to have won spots on The Travel Corporation (TTC) Global Agent Famil this month.

The famil will take 30 agents from around the world to the United States.

Loynes said the achievement, which is based on total sales of all TTC brands, provides validation for her recent commitment to remaining in the industry she loves after three challenging years.

“Back in March, after much soul searching, I decided to throw everything into my business as a personal travel manager (PTM),” Loynes explained.

Melissa Loynes: TCC BDM, Nicole Rodgers, personally congratulated TravelManagers’ Melissa Loynes (pictured) on qualifying for the TTC Global Agent Famil.

“I wasn’t even aware of the TTC incentive until I received a phone call to advise that I had qualified. It’s an amazing opportunity and I’m so excited to be back, living, breathing and loving my passion for travel.”

Goncalves received news of her inclusion on the famil one evening when her focus was on making lasagne for her kids’ dinner.

“Life and work are crazy busy at the moment, and I only had 24 hours to decide if I would accept the invitation, but I couldn’t turn down this amazing opportunity to experience destinations which I might never get to otherwise!” Goncalves said.

Danielle Goncalves (pictured) is thrilled to have the opportunity to experience destinations which she might not get to otherwise.

“My focus is always on working with my clients to find experiences that meet their needs. I never set out to qualify for this famil, but one of the great things about TTC is that they offer products for every kind of traveller.”

TravelManagers’ executive general manager, Michael Gazal, confirmed a third PTM, Louise McCarthy, also qualified for a spot on the famil, which is a fully-funded, all-inclusive experience designed to showcase TTC (whose brands include Trafalgar, Uniworld and Adventure World) products.

Personal travel manager, Louise McCarthy (pictured) was also delighted to have qualified for the famil

“Louise is unable to take up this fantastic opportunity alongside her fellow PTMs, but she is delighted nonetheless with her achievement in qualifying.”
