Aman secures $900m investment to accelerate expansion

Aman Group has secured $900 million in investments to accelerate its global expansion of ultra-luxury hotels and branded residencies.

The investment, which brings the total value of the company to $3 billion, came from two strategic partners; The Public Investment Fund (PIF) and Cain International.

It will be used to enhance the brand’s existing portfolio, drive construction of the pipeline for Aman and Janu destinations and support acquisitions and development of additional sites.

Aman’s collection currently consists of 34 hotels across 20 countries, 12 of which include Aman Branded Residences, with nine further hotels and residences projects under construction and a pipeline of additional destinations in the USA, Japan, Mexico, South Korea, Saudi Arabia and Europe.

” My long-term strategic vision has been to continue to grow the Aman brand in key markets, all with Aman Branded Residencies as well as creating an ultra-luxury eco system which offers the complete Aman lifestyle,” said Vlad Doronin, owner, chairman and CEO of Aman Group.

“We have set the foundation over the last eight years, celebrating the brand’s DNA while continuing our growth in global cities and remote destinations.

“The investment from PIF and Cain International is a vote of confidence in my vision and the work the team has one over the past eight years, cementing the brand’s evolution and ability to deliver this vision at pace.”
