Emergency exit door of an abandoned aircraft

A passenger has opened the emergency exit of a commercial aircraft and walked out onto the wing because she was “too hot” and needed some fresh air.

A Ukraine International Airlines flight from Antalya, Turkey to Kyiv had just landed at Boryspil International Airport when a woman was reportedly heard complaining about being “too hot”, according to CNN, before opening the emergency exit.

Video footage posted to Instagram shows the woman sitting down on the plane’s wing.
