WATCH: Flight attendant hilariously tries to work from home

For those of us who are lucky enough to have kept our jobs in this mess, working from home has forced us to make some… adjustments.

For instance, we’ve had to make a time-out room for our cats who are VERY sick of having us in their space and taken to acts of violence and pot plant destruction to show their dismay.

But for some professions, working from home can mean something entirely different.

To illustrate this, Canadian magician and comedian Wes Barker posted a skit to YouTube written by his wife Kirsten who is a flight attendant for WestJet.

In the four-minute video, Kirsten attempts to fulfil her regular duties in the couple’s apartment, much to the annoyance of her husband.

She begins by trying to serve Wes a welcome drink, points out the emergency exits (their balcony door) and forces him to “stow” his laptop.

The video also shows Kirsten scoffing a salad next to the toilet and continuously asking Wes to take out his headphones. She even goes as far as to try and sell him whiskey he received for his birthday as “duty-free”.

As you can imagine, the internet, especially those employed in the aviation industry, loved it.

“Retired flight attendant here. The scene while sitting next to the lav, scarfing down a salad and showing how to open the door made me laugh out loud,” one person commented on the video.

“FA here. So on point lmaoo. Eating behind the curtain ?? Oh man too good,” said another.

“As a flight attendant I can only say this is too damn accurate and funny?????? we spend half of our time at work telling passengers how to open de lavatory door ???,” another flight attendant commented.
