Rail Europe releases three new online booking tools

Rail Europe has released three new online booking tools – Save For Later, Link Booking Fee and a comprehensive list of FAQs – that will not only help agents during their client consultations but also speed up booking processes as well.

Agents can use the Save For Later tool to create and save bookings that can be retrieved at a later date when their clients are ready to finalise their itinerary.

Multiple bookings for the same client can now be easily consolidated via the Link Booking Fee tool prior to payment in order to reduce fees.

A series of FAQs and online help chat are also available for agents looking for quick or immediate advice.

Agents are encouraged to log on to the Rail Europe agent portal to familiarise themselves with the readily available tools specifically designed to improve their efficiency and eliminate waiting periods via email requests. Where required, training is available with the Rail Europe BDMs.
