Road & rail wrap: Rocky Mountaineer celebrates 30 years, Swiss travel pass superstar kicks off + MORE!
It’s a short and sweet road and rail wrap this week, best enjoyed accompanied by a steaming cup of tea and a few Scotch Finger bickies. But then again, what isn’t?
2019 Swiss Travel Pass Superstar kicks off!
The hotly anticipated annual Swiss Travel Pass SuperStar Program has kicked off today and will run for three months ending 27 September 2019.
A joint initiative between the Swiss Travel System, Switzerland Tourism and the Rail Europe sales network across AU and NZ, the program is designed to equip agents with useful information about travelling around Switzerland, the benefits of the Swiss Travel Pass as well as the many journeys around the country.
Over the course of the program, agents will need to answer 10 quiz questions in each of the program’s six modules and score at least 60 per cent to be in the running to win the monthly prizes.
Certificates will be awarded to agents who successfully complete all modules. In each module, participating agents stand to win a series of top quality prizes including six Bucherer watches; six Nespresso coffee machines; 12 x $15 wine vouchers + $150 Fromart cheese vouchers; and 12 x $100 Woolworths gift cards.
Top performing agents with the highest scores and best sales performance will also stand a chance to win one of 10 spots on an all-inclusive 7D/6N famil to Switzerland in December, courtesy of Switzerland Tourism.
Agents must note, however, that only Swiss Travel Pass products purchased through Rail Europe sales network across AU and NZ will be eligible – Rail Tickets in Australia and Go Holidays in New Zealand.
