The 5 hottest Los Cabos resorts to send your clients to

The tropical paradise holiday destination of Los Cabos, or “Cabo”, has become one heck of a traveller hotspot lately, so we thought we’d get our gorgeous agent readers up to speed on the newest resorts to try out in 2018.

Located on the tip of the Baja Peninsula in Mexico, Los Cabos is the first taste of Central America for many guests, and a stunning place to escape to if amazing beaches, great food, and relaxation are on your bucket list.

Getting to this paradise is becoming easier every day, with connecting flights from LAX for Australian travellers. The area is made up of a string of beachfront resorts and hotels that stretch between the artsy and culture-filled town of San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, the centre of partying and celebrity spotting.

Spend a few minutes perusing these stellar new properties, pretty pictures included.

1.       Solaz

Featuring a line of pools that open onto beachfront lounges, Solaz is a resort filled with greenery and openness. The three levels of terraces surround a central oasis of grass and vegetation that stands out in stark contrast to the desert outside.

Within this oasis, guests will find pools, a gym, eateries, lounges and even a museum of Cabo’s history – certainly a perk for those interested in the region.

2.       Montage

122 suites and guestrooms, along with 52 residences, and a number of bars and restaurants will be available for guests to explore when Montage opens its doors in early 2018.

The resort will also feature spa and fitness options, and the resort will have a full time tequilero, whose job it will be to pair tequila with meals.

3.       Ritz Zadun

Opening with the world-renown Ritz Carlton brand, this resort already comes with big shoes to fill. However, fill them it does, with its 115 elegant suits and villas that each come with a personal butler, and many their own plunge pool.

Aside from the accommodations, the resort also contains two championship golf courses and a botanical park.

4.       Garza Blanca

This resort is the peak of modernity and tech-chic. Each room blends tropical sensibilities with the look and feel of the most up-to-date technologies and styles.

Sitting halfway between beach resort and a sci-fi space ship, the resort also features eight pools on multiple levels (including one on the roof), and unlimited access to the a la carte offerings for guests.

5.       Four Seasons Los Cabos

If your method of travel to Los Cabos happens to come in the form of a boat, the Four Seasons Los Cabos will be the resort of your choice. With a marina and yacht club, the development hidden up on the East Cape becomes more of a village than a resort.

As well as the marine attractions, this resort will showcase a golf course and town square, complete with retail and dining options.
