    AFTA has launched a webinar for travel agents to learn key digital techniques for dealing with clients.

    It will take place Wednesday 22 June at 11:00AM (AEST), with guest speaker Liz Ward, Managing Director, Digital Coaching International.

    AFTA’s webinar will give agents the chance to learn the fundamentals of engaging with customers through the entire travel purchase journey.

    The webinar will look at practical tips that agents must do in the digital space to connect with customers as they move through the various travel purchase stages from Dreaming to Advocacy.
