Jamie Oliver joins Royal Caribbean for unique dining experience
By admin

Royal Caribbean International has unveiled a new vision of dining at sea, with its ‘Dynamic Dining’ experience set to launch in November.

The concept will debut onboard the much-anticipated Quantum-class ships, Quantum of the Seas and Anthem of the Seas.

‘Dynamic Dining’ will feature five distinct main restaurant concepts, next-level specialty dining, smart reservation tools and partnerships with world-renowned chefs.

Most notable of these partners is Jamie Oliver, who is launching his first-at-sea outposts of Jamie’s Italian, one of the chef’s most successful restaurant offerings.

“Royal Caribbean shares my approach to food and dining, which is to serve simple, fresh ingredients in a warm, inviting ambience,” said Oliver. “I couldn’t be more excited to bring my love of Italian cooking to their guests.”

Other chefs to get onboard with developing the ‘Dynamic Dining’ experience include award-winning chef Michael Schwartz, and media personality, best-selling author and chef on The Biggest Loser, Devin Alexander.

The new dining program will offer a vast range of cuisines across 18 restaurant types, from American grill and exotic Asian, to classic European and Mediterranean.

“Jamie Oliver is known for pushing the boundaries within the world of food,” said executive vice president of Royal Caribbean International, Lisa Lutoff-Perlo.

“This is just one element of a reimagined dining concept to ensure the options we have on board reflect what today’s modern family expects from their holiday.”
