Express Ticketing, which drives the business platforms of the Independent Travel Group and Select Travel Group, has taken its number of preferred wholesale partners to 22 after a flurry of deals.

The company has signed agreements with APT, DriveAway Holidays, Peregrine, Geckos, Intrepid Travel and Mandarin World Tours.

 

Gay specialist Gay Globe is offering cabins on new river cruiser The Queens Choice on its deparure at the end of Gay Pride in Amsterdam next year.

The 14-night trip, which takes in Germany and Austria before concluding in Hungary, costs from $6195 per person twin share.

 

Flight Centre-owned Back-Roads Touring has sliced 15% off the August 20 departure of its Enchanting Southern Italy tour and 10% off the October 1 itinerary.

 

StayWell Hospitality Group has confirmed that Leisure Inn Penny Royal Hotel and Apartments in Launceston will continue to trade under the leisure Inn brand after the property was acquired by the JAC Group.

StayWell said there will be "no disruption guests, clients or suppliers" and added that a "sizeable investment" will be made in the property over the next few months.

 

Only four days remain to take advantage of AAT Kings' 7.5% early booking discount. The coach operator said customers have until  July 5 to save up to $768 per couple.
