The future of travel according to Carlson Wagonlit Travel

Lisa Akeroyd is the Managing Director for Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT) and has been shining her crystal ball of late.

As she’s one of the spectacular speakers we’ve got lined up for our one-of-a-kind, bang-on-trend forum thingy, otherwise known as Travel DAZE which this year will discuss “The Future of Travel”.

You might have noticed us getting excited about it.

And we are also excited about Lisa Akeroyd.

Since she joining CWT in mid-2011 as global sales director Lisa rapidly rose to the top.

She now leads the region with her new appointment as the company’s Managing Director after serving as vice-president, global program management, Asia Pacific based in Singapore previously.

Oh, and she is also a member of the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) Asia Advisory Board.

Her goals? Lisa says that she “wants to play a key role in pushing the evolution of business travel to overtake the leisure travel experience,” with a vision to make business travel easy.

Lisa will be part of a panel discussion around the nature of customer experience, what they expect and how we have to alter our profession to suit their rapidly altering habits.

So to hear more of what Lisa and many many more have to say, it’ll pay back in big dividends for you to attend Travel DAZE.

You can read more and buy tickets here.

Be there or be behind. The future is here. Your call.
