Edited by Travel Weekly

As CT Partners celebrates its 20th year in Australia, the organisation has welcomed Joe Araullo, CEO of TravelManagers, as the new chair of the board, taking over from David Greenland effective the 14th of February.

David Greenland, the outgoing chair, will be thanked for his contributions at the CT Partners 20th Anniversary dinner on the 6th of March in Sydney.

Araullo said he was honoured to take the role in CT Partners’ landmark 20th year.

“This milestone anniversary celebrates two decades of our success and innovation in the Australian travel industry. It’s a privilege to be part of a network that embodies such a strong ethos of independence and member success,” Araullo said.

CT Partners CEO Matt Masson added to Araullo’s sentiment, saying Araullo will be the right man to take the position.

“It’s been an absolute pleasure working alongside David with the board benefiting from his extensive industry experience and guidance,” Mason said.

“It’s reassuring to know that the chair’s position is being passed to another high-calibre individual with Joe’s strong experience and influence within the travel industry aligning perfectly with CT Partners’ vision for the future.”

Araullo has been with TravelManagers’ parent company House of Travel since 2007. Prior to this he was with Harvey World Travel.
