    AAT Kings has announced the promotion of Claire Simon to the position of Queensland sales manager.

    Simon, who has been with AAT Kings since early 2022, will bring her wealth of experience and expertise to this new role.

    In her new position as Queensland sales manager, Simon will report directly to Troy Ackerman, the GM of Sales and Revenue. Her primary focus will be to maximise sales potential within Queensland by fostering strong relationships with existing customers, driving brand awareness, and identifying new customer prospects.

    Simon joined AAT Kings in mid 2022 in its contact centre and quickly grew into overseeing the AAT Kings Groups Allotments business contributing significant revenue for the 2023, and 2024 seasons. With an extensive background in the travel industry, she also has over 20 years of sales experience, having joined Trafalgar in New Zealand in 2004 as a sales manager, before transferring to Brisbane to do the same role there in 2008, and later to Perth in 2011.

    Commenting on her appointment, Simon said, “I am excited to become the Queensland sales manager for AAT Kings. I am looking forward to getting back out on the road and reconnecting with all the fabulous Queensland agents”.

    Simon will continue to oversee groups until her position is filled, ensuring a seamless transition in her current role.
