Wotif ventures into holiday rentals
By admin

Wotif.com has launched a stand-alone holiday rentals section to tap into “overwhelming” demand from customers and holiday rental suppliers.

General manager Megan Magill said the new section provided accommodation providers with the opportunity to promote their property on a large scale.

“With our Wotif.com site receiving more than five million visits each month, customers can easily search and view our property availability and rates,” she said.

The site features an instant booking facility, taking a deposit from the customer and then putting the owner or manager in touch with the customer to finalise payment.

“Our instant booking system means owners and managers no longer have to deal with time-consuming enquiries that don’t always guarantee a booking,” Magill said.
