The Holiday Club launches rebrand down under
By admin

With four properties under its management belt, the Asia Pacific arm of The Holiday Club (THC) has launched ULTIQA Resorts as part of a major growth phase throughout Australia.

Within the Pacific subsidiary of THC, these four properties are being transformed and rebranded to ULTIQA, a name that is designed to reflect the shift to ultra-modern boutique apartments.

Air on Broadbeach on the Gold Coast, Freshwater Point Resort in Broadbeach’s convention and entertainment precinct, Rothbury on Ann in Brisbane’s CBD and Shearwater Resort at Kings Beach on the Sunshine Coast are all to undergo the rebranding to ULTIQA.

After acquiring these four properties in the Pacific region, managing director Mark Henry says there are big plans for future development.

“We plan to continue to focus on growth through the acquisition of new properties each year while also broadening our reach to business and conferencing guests through improved online marketing channels and maintaining our existing business channels,” Henry said.

“By establishing the ULTIQA brand, we are creating an identity that is both aspirational and attainable and a name that is synonymous with consistent quality [and] desirable locations.”

ULTIQA Resorts has launched a sales and marketing campaign to introduce the brand, which includes partnering with author and founder of 4 Ingredients Kim McCosker, who is currently launching her new recipe book, Cook 4 A Cure, which raises money for the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
