Excite Holidays will launch a new campaign and company tagline to drive home its ongoing commitment to partnering exclusively with travel agents.

The new “Made for Agents” push is an extension of its strategy of working solely with travel agents since its start in 2002, according to the firm.

“I started this business by partnering with just one travel agent and we now work with over 3000,” chief executive George Papaioannou said.

“Whilst the industry has changed dramatically over the years, our commitment to partnering exclusively with travel agents has never wavered.”

In addition, general manager Joe Karbo revealed Excite will add a number of new “agent-friendly” features to its website over the course of the year as part of the evolution. These will “make finding the best deals and earning higher margins even easier,” he added.

To coincide with the campaign, the company is giving away a total of 100,000 reward points, enabling travel agents to win one of five packages of 20,000 points each. To be eligible to win, agents simply need to book and pay with Excite Holidays by March 31.

The new campaign will formally launch on February 20 with advertising and social media components.
