Cruise Traveller unveils new savings on 2025 Azamara package in Japan
The ever-strong appeal of Japan as a holiday destination for Australians has prompted Cruise Traveller to release a new, luxury cruise package for 2025.
Cruise Traveller’s exclusive, 16-night package with Azamara Cruises offers savings of at least $3520 per couple and two free nights in Tokyo pre-cruise for bookings made before November 30, 2023.
The deluxe voyage is aboard the elegant and spacious, 702-guest boutique ship, Azamara Pursuit, which offers boutique-style cruising as well as a pool, two jacuzzis, seven restaurants and cafes, an elegant drawing room, chic bars, a cabaret lounge, an observation lounge, spa sanctuary and a gym.
A bonus of the springtime voyage is the chance for lucky travellers to enjoy the soft, pink splendour of Japan’s famously spectacular blossom trees,
The package begins with a two-night stay in Japan’s pulsating capital, Tokyo, the world’s largest metropolis with an unrivalled population of 37 million people.
Guests then board Azamara Pursuit in Tokyo for a 14-night journey around Japan to Osaka that showcases the rich traditions, colourful customs, lush gardens, futuristic cities and the lavish temples, shrines and palaces that make Japan one of the world’s most thrilling and seductive destinations.
The in-depth journey around Japan takes in 11 destinations around the country as well as the South Korean city of Busan.
Destinations in Japan include the famous, reborn, World War 2 atomic bomb cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, the beautiful seaside promenades of Kitakyushu, the temples, markets, lush gardens and preserved geisha houses of Kanazawa, the sake breweries of Akita, the bountiful seafood of Sakaiminato and the ornate palaces and gardens of Kyoto near Osaka, where the cruise ends.
Included in the cruise is a complimentary AzAmazing Evening experience ashore designed to connect guests with the heart of local culture.
