Rail Europe makes bookings easier, reveals monthly incentives

Rail Europe, Trenitalia

Rail Europe is celebrating the launch of seat reservations for Eurail Passes with the launch of Trenitialia Passholder fares (seat reservations) and a series of monthly incentives.

Exclusive to Rail Europe, advisors can now make seat reservations on Trenitalia trains via the Easy Rail Access booking tool. GM of APAC Richard Leonard said the addition of these seat reservations completes the booking experience with the majority of European high-speed trains requiring seat reservations for Eurail Pass holders.

“We are the only distributor that offers such a functionality with our advanced Easy Rail Access booking tool,” Leonard said.

Advisors can also receive double monthly rewards from April to June. To qualify, agencies must first ticket five bookings before enjoying $10 per booking thereafter, capped at $250 per agency per month. On top of that, for the month of April only, qualified agencies who book Eurail and Swiss Travel Passes will receive a further $5 on top of the $10.

The following months will see bookings on SNCF (French), RENFE (Spanish) and Swiss panoramic seat reservations complimenting rail passes being rewarded in the same manner.

“These rewards and incentives are part of Rail Europe’s way of ensuring advisors have something useful to work towards and look forward to each month,” he added.

“It’s also a fun way for us to show our commitment in making bookings easy while looking after the interests of our valued advisors.”

Advisors who haven’t done so are reminded to get their login to the Easy Rail Access booking tool to allow for commission payments; and sign up to Rail Europe’s monthly webinars and closed Facebook group to access exclusive incentives and offers.

More Passholder fares around Europe will be released in the coming months.
