    Sydney Airport opens Lorna Jane Active Living Roomat T2 Domestic terminal

    In a global airport first, Sydney Airport has partnered with Australia’s leading activewear brand, Lorna Jane, to launch a Lorna Jane Active Living Room at the T2 Domestic terminal.

    The must-visit new destination offers a dedicated airport space for passengers to enjoy a tranquil yoga or strength session, a place to stretch or a nourishing snack before boarding their flight or after arriving at the airport.

    The newly opened Lorna Jane Active Living Room brings the brand’s Active Living philosophy, which involves the daily practice of Move, Nourish and Believe, to life in a convenient and comfortable location.

    Lorna Jane Active Living Rewards Members can enjoy free access to the living room area while guests of the lounge can also experience the very latest in healthy treats from Australia’s most prominent health food providers.

    “We are thrilled to partner with Sydney Airport and provide passengers with the opportunity to exercise, stretch and nourish with healthy food before boarding their flight and ultimately be healthier and happier,” Lorna Jane Founder and Chief Creative Officer Lorna Jane Clarkson said.

    “People are more mindful of their health than ever before so it makes sense to bring our Active Living Room concept to Sydney’s T2 Domestic terminal and provide passengers with the opportunity to put their health first, even when travelling.”

    Sydney Airport General Manager, Retail Glyn Williams said the new offering forms part of the refreshed T2 Domestic terminal and directly addresses customer feedback and the changing needs of the modern traveller.

    “The Lorna Jane Active Living Room is a global airport first for Sydney Airport and the unique health and wellbeing offering forms part of our wider improvements program designed to create an enhanced airport experience for passengers. The new space affords our passengers an opportunity to experience a greater sense of wellbeing within the airport environment,” Mr Williams said.

    “Concepts like the Lorna Jane Active Living Room directly address the growing needs of the modern traveller for an increase in healthy food options, enhancing value and choice, and we’re excited to have them on board at Sydney Airport.”

    The Lorna Jane Active Living Room is located in Sydney Airport’s T2 Departures.

    Yoga and Pilates classes will run for 45 minutes, Monday – Friday.

    Cost of classes is $12.00.
