The challenge for the industry is….to not become complacent when dealing with clients and to treat every client interaction as if it was your holiday you were planning.

The things I like about my job are….is the fantastic variety of destinations and product that Trafalgar offers.

And the frustrations….that there's always so much to do in a working day.

If I didn't work in travel I would be a….working in the property market.

Qantas or Virgin?….I have to sit on the fence for this one as I like them both.

My proudest moment was….signing the deeds to my first property.

The naughtiest thing I ever did was…..swiping the centre piece from an industry event.

I try to relax by…drinking Bin 128 on a Friday night.

The last time I feared for my life….was during a slightly hairy airplane landing during bad weather.

If I can, I always try to avoid…using the word tour. We sell Guided Holidays.

I really wish I had…flown on Concorde.

The best advice I've ever received was…not to assume anything.

I don't understand why…they have not re-released Supersonic Travel.

My greatest weakness is….death by chocolate.

And my greatest strength….is the ability to get on with almost everyone.

If I was prime minister I would…shrink the average working week to four days.

If I won $1 million on the lottery I would….buy a Porsche, take a long holiday and buy another house.

If I could be someone else for one day I would be…myself with super powers.

I've always wanted to travel to….Turkey to see ANZAC Cove.

My favourite holiday was…Hawaii
