TAG boss talks service in the Blue Mountains

The Travel Authority Group has held a corporate weekend in the Blue Mountains, with managing director Peter Hosper underlining the company’s commitment to service excellence as it enters its second decade.

“Exceptional service has driven our success to date and our Corporate Weekend has been a powerful opportunity to concentrate as a team on how we can continue to exceed the expectations of our clients,” Hosper said.

The focus for the symposium was the psychology of service.  Mark Sant from internationally recognised training provider Mary Gober International was the key note presenter along with Mark Jenkins, chief executive and founder of RESURG Group.

“Mark Sant’s observations on creating positive, solution-oriented relationships are compelling and the entire team came away from his presentation informed, motivated and empowered,” Hosper said. “The Travel Authority Group was benefited for many years now from our work with RESURG and Mark Jenkins’ analysis, as usual, provided food for thought.”

The symposium at the Fairmont Resort concluded with a spectacular helicopter return to Sydney.
