Pullman Melbourne on Swanston transforms into Pullman Melbourne City Centre
Edited by Travel Weekly

Pullman Melbourne on Swanston has announced a new name: Pullman Melbourne City Centre. While the hotel remains on 265 Little Bourke Street, Melbourne, this renaming aims to better reflect its prime location and provide clarity for tourists and visitors.

As part of the global Pullman Hotels & Resorts brand, the decision to rename aligns with a strategic effort to enhance the guests experience and create a stronger connection with the hotel’s unique surroundings. The new name, Pullman Melbourne City Centre, emphasises the hotel’s central position within Melbourne, a city known for its vibrant culture, world-class dining and unparalleled hospitality. All other aspects of hotel operation and excellent quality of service and amenities will remain unchanged. The hotel continues to be owned and run by the same operators.

James Muscat, GM, Pullman Melbourne City Centre, expressed his enthusiasm: “This is an exciting chapter for us. While our commitment to providing exceptional service and a luxurious experience remains unwavering, the renaming allows us to better showcase our connection to the heart of Melbourne. We believe this change will not only enhance our guests’ understanding of our location but also contribute to the overall allure of the Pullman brand in Melbourne.”

The change includes a refreshed logo featuring the new location byline, “Pullman Melbourne City Centre.” This change is designed to eliminate any potential confusion with other Pullman hotels across Melbourne and provide a more accurate representation of the hotel’s prime location in the city.
