New faces to lead Platinum Travel Group national expansion

Platinum Travel Group reaffirms its position as a magnet for top talent in the industry with the addition of Laura Lotter and Georgina Butterwood to its senior ranks.

The appointments mark a significant milestone as Platinum Travel Group solidifies its market position, committing to delivering unparalleled service to clients across the country.

Lotter embodies Platinum’s core values of dedicated attention and client-focused execution, while Butterwood assumes the role of growing the national footprint, leveraging her strong partnerships and adeptness in navigating the complexities of corporate travel dynamics.

‘Our people foster a supportive and collaborative culture that has consistently enhanced our customer experience,’ CEO, Platinum Travel Group, Andy Buerckner, said.

“We are truly humbled to welcome Georgina and Laura to our team.

“Their appointment reflects our steadfast commitment to delivering exceptional service and upholding a culture of genuine care.”

The addition of Lotter and Butterwood comes at a time of significant growth for Platinum Travel Group, with a 30 per cent increase in TTV and team size since the beginning of 2024.

This growth, according to Buerckner, is a testament to Platinum’s organic expansion strategy, rooted in the alignment of values and skills with its team members.

“Our focus has always been on attracting the best talent in the industry,’ Buerckner continued.

“Laura and Georgina epitomise the type of leaders we seek – individuals who understand the needs of our clients and are committed to delivering excellence.”
