Intrepid launches 10 new premium trips

Intrepid Travel is rolling out 10 new tours as part of its Intrepid Premium range, visiting stunning destinations across Europe and the Americas.

The new trips come a year and a half after Intrepid launched its first ever Premium collection in an effort to appeal to up-market travellers with hand-picked accommodations, private transportation, train journeys and an array of signature stays and exclusive experiences.

The 10 new tours, which include six new trips in Europe and four new trips in North and South America, bring the total number of Intrepid Premium trips to 97,  spanning across 42 countries and five continents.

The six new Europe itineraries will mark the first Premium tours in the Baltics, Balkans, and Northern Spain, and bring the total Intrepid Premium offering in Europe to 25 tours.

The launch will also mark the first Premium itinerary in the United States with the introduction of Alaska.

“With our aim to become a world leader in sustainable, experience-rich travel, we identified that many of our customers were seeking a higher-end product with purpose,” said Sarah Clark, Intrepid’s managing director for ANZ.

“We saw Premium as an opportunity to build a new style of tour that ensures local communities truly benefit from high-value tourism.

“Our aim is to also bring back more of our agents and advisors to create job security for Australians in this crucial time.”
