Opened in 2000, The Empire Hotel and Country Club is located 15 minutes from Brunei International Airport and 20 minutes to Bandar Seri Begawan, the capital of Brunei and central business district.

Synonymous with Brunei the property is grand in her stature, reflecting the country’s majestic and cultural heritage. The first thing you will notice about the property is the sheer size, set on 180 hectares of landscaped gardens.

A member of WORLDHOTELS, The Empire Hotel and Country Club is labelled Brunei’s most prestigious beach resort. The seemingly endless lagoon pool gives a sense of tropical location on a luxurious beachfront resort overlooking the South China Sea.

The Empire Hotel and Country Club has nine dining options.  Pantai and Zen Pavilion serve up seafood and BBQ, while Ligong cooks up Chinese a’ la carte for dinner and Sunday brunch. Overlooking the putting green, Bunker Bistro serves local and international dishes. Seaside dining is available at Pantai Restaurant while after-meal drinks are offered at the lobby lounge.
