AAT Kings unveils new online portal for agents and clients

AAT Kings Group is showing some agent love with a new online platform that promises to amp up personalisation, safety and information sharing with their clients.

My AAT Kings Travel Portal (MTP) aims to support agents in delivering personalised service for their customers and peace of mind for travellers on AAT Kings and Inspiring Journeys Guided Holidays.

With the online portal, your clients can personalise their trip, access day-by-day itineraries and personal travel documents, and record important emergency details and wellbeing information.

AAT Kings has conducted contact tracing via QR codes on all day tours and ‘Short Breaks’ since October, and now introduces a ‘Wellbeing Travel Declaration’ for Guided Holidays – a requirement for guests to sign within 72 hours of departing on their next adventure.

With the My AAT Kings Travel Portal in place, AAT Kings and Inspiring Journeys Guided Holiday guests can quickly and easily complete registration for their upcoming trip and sign the new Wellbeing Travel Declaration online.

Guests will also be required to agree to follow hygiene practices recommended by the World Health Organization, including practising physical distancing and comply with protocols on trip, in accordance with local government regulations.

“We are proud to announce our latest innovative initiative which will give our guests peace of mind while enjoying the very best of Australia – and in the near future, New Zealand,” Matt Fuller, chief executive of AAT Kings Group, said

“We take great pride in the trust and valuable relationships we have built across the industry, and we continually strive to equip agents with the best tools for success, whilst maintaining the wellbeing of our guests as a priority.”

AAT Kings and Inspiring Journeys agents and clients with bookings to travel in 2021 will be able to access My AAT Kings Travel Portal from today.
