Topdeck release bucket-list worthy festivals and events
By admin

Topdeck have released their second European brochure focusing entirely on the region’s bucket-list worthy festivals and events.

The 37-page brochure contains 42 trips which include some of Europe’s most amazing festivals and events.

Some of the 2015 Topdeck European Festivals Brochure highlights include:

  1. Sziget (August): For lovers of music Hungary’s Sziget festival is a true one-stop-shop where they can indulge in every musical whim with performances of dance, house pop, rock and everything in between.
  2. Oktoberfest (September – October): Officially the world’s biggest party, Oktoberfest draws a crowd of seven million people every year to celebrate the three best things to come out of Germany: beer, bratwurst and pretzels. The dress code is Bavarian classic, lederhosen are optional. Prost!
  3. Las Fallas (March): Watch the hometown of paella go up in smoke during one of the wildest street festivals on the European calendar. Expect lots of fireworks, giant satirical papier-m√¢ch√© sculptures and fiery cooking displays. This is the world’s pyrotechnic capital so earplugs are recommended for sensitive listeners and self-appointed fun police.
  4. La Tomatina (August): Everyone loves a good food fight. Join 20,000 people to dispose 40 metric tonnes of council-funded tomatoes in the world’s biggest vegetable skirmish. You’ll not only get your daily dose of vegetables, you’ll also have a perfectly valid excuse to dance in the streets and drink sangria at 11am.

The 2015 Topdeck European Festivals Brochure is available now.
