The Travel Authority Group has celebrated 10 years with a glittering event in Sydney overnight.

Industry heavyweights and clients joined The Travel Authority team from across the country to mark the milestone, with national treasure, the incredible Marcia Hines entrancing attendees at the Star Room in the IMAX theatre complex, Darling Harbour.

The Travel Authority’s managing director Peter Hosper said the key to the group’s ongoing success was determination to treat clients and suppliers with respect.

“When Sarah Bush and I started this business, we were very clear on what was important – we wanted to create a business where all of our clients were treated with the respect they deserved and we wanted to put suppliers on an equal footing,” he said.

“At every step of the way, as we expanded into new markets and segments, our inspiration has been our clients.”

“Our growth has been amplified by our determination to surpass our clients’ expectations and to ensure our suppliers know we value and respect them. Ten years in, that is definitely a focus which has paid off.”

Hosper also paid tribute to his team.

“We are only able to deliver on our promise of exceptional service by ensuring we have the best in the business supporting our culture of excellence and innovation. I’m incredibly proud of the quality of people we have in our team, and of our success in creating and maintaining a fantastic culture of professional problem solvers with style and a sense of fun.”

The Travel Authority Group now has offices in Sydney, Perth, Melbourne, the Northern Beaches, the Central Coast as well as the thriving The Events Authority.
