P&O rewards agents with new Flagship Club

P&O rewards agents with new Flagship Club
By admin

With a 60% growth in sales in the past year, P&O Cruises want agents to get on board and ride to wave off growth through the launch of a new sales incentive.

Investing in revolutionary programs for valued trade partners is key for P&O and the new incentive program will further help engage with travel agents.

The Flagship Club will encourage and reward those agents who sell at least $50, 000 in revenue in the year with P&O Cruises. Agents that do this receive a 0.5% bonus of their total booked revenue up to a maximum of $1000. The challenge is open to every consultant who sells P7O Cruises between 1 December 2013 and 30 November 2014.

In addition to this, the top 20 sellers in the club will be whisked away on a VIP cruise to the 2015 Australian Open. The five night cruise departs Sydney on 19 January 2015 on the Pacific Pearl and includes all transfers, meals, exclusive events on board, tickets to the Australian Open at Rod Laver Arena and much more.

While the incentive with encourage agents to book P&O Cruises through rewards, the cruise company has also focused on their customer service. Hold times on the phone are under 60 seconds, there is a first call resolution and escalation process for booking issues. Agents can take confidence in the fact a dedicated BDM will step in if the case cannot be solved entirely on the first call.

Launching the end of 2014 is Web Chat offering yet another channel for agents to engage with P&O Cruises. Investing in knowledge base will help reservations answer the more complex questions with a consistent answer. Refunds and payments processing have also been improved with a new dedicated team to ensure a quicker turn around time.
