French Travel Connection expands product, team
By admin

French Travel Connection is eyeing growth as it revealed its largest ever brochure dedicated to France and an expanded specialist reservations team.

The addition of two new consultants takes its team of France specialists to eight while the firm has also invested in new booking technology designed to improve service.

Meanwhile, the new brochure features 112 pages of France product including a range of free inclusions, more Paris hotel options in the mid-range, additional barging and yachting options along with a range of new tours.

The series of changes are part of FTC’s plan to provide agents with a “one-stop resource”, according to managing director Brad McDonnell.

“Noone else in the Australian marketplace delivers this level of support for travel to France,” he said.

“It means that agents can have total confidence when they deal with FTC”.

Agents will be contacted to arrange “personalized” product briefings over the next few months.
