Flights to Fiji are returning to normal as Cyclone Evan moves away from the island nation with no casualties reported.

Air Pacific confirmed that just two services to Nukualofa and Honiara, scheduled for today, have been cancelled with slight adjustments to the timings of a number of other flights into and out of Nadi.

Virgin Australia warned those due to travel today to check its website for updates, adding it will attempt to contact guests via telephone and SMS in the event of changes to flights.

It will schedule extra flights on Wednesday to assist affected guests. Jetstar's next scheduled services to and from Fiji are tomorrow.

Meanwhile, five-star hotel Outrigger on the Lagoon on Viti Levu's Coral Coast said despite some superficial damage, it is structurally unscathed and operating as normal.
