Cover-More has been chosen as the sole preferred travel insurance supplier for the Helloworld Limited retail travel agency networks.

According to the agency, the partnership will be “structured as a commercial joint venture arrangement,” and will include member participation in “key elements of product development”.

“The structure of the arrangement will provide clear benefits for Helloworld, our franchisees, members and our customers,” Helloworld, ceo, Elizabeth Gaines said.

Cover-More Group ceo, Peter Edwards said Helloworld customers would also have access to “several innovative products” to “enhance their travel experience”.

The 5-year agreement takes effect from 1 January 2015, with the proposed product suite to launch in early 2015.
